Ordering and Payment
Will I receive an order confirmation?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team at hello@storvofurniture.com for assistance.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Orders are processed immediately after they are submitted. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While amendments cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to help.
Why has my payment been declined?
Payments may fail due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or your bank’s security checks. Please double check your information, try an alternative payment method, or contact your bank for further guidance.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 working day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days after dispatch. In most cases, your total delivery timeframe will be between 3 and 5 working days.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We provide a 30 day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

When will I receive my refund?
