We offer a 30 day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives with us, it will be carefully inspected. You will receive confirmation that we have received your return, followed by an update regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. This allows you to send the item back to us at no extra cost, as long as the return follows our outlined procedure.

All returned products must be securely packaged and in their original condition. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within the stated timeframe to your original method of payment.
